What data we process

Name, company name, email, phone, machine type and the text of your inquiry. Plus any attachments you upload (photo of a nameplate, part or drawing) and basic technical browser data.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to handle your inquiry and for the follow-up communication. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

Retention

Inquiries and their attachments are kept for 3 years from the last communication if no business follows. If a contract is concluded, statutory accounting and tax retention periods apply.

Recipients and processors

We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing. We use hosting, database and email providers processing data within the EU under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).

Security

All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS). Attachments are stored in a private repository and accessible only through temporary links for our sales team.
