Supplier

We supply business customers only (B2B). The relationship is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

Inquiry and quotation

The content of this website is not an offer to conclude a contract. Only a written quotation issued in response to your inquiry is binding. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted excluding VAT, in CZK or EUR. Standard payment term is 14 days; a deposit may be required for first orders and for machines.

Delivery

Lead times are confirmed in the quotation and depend on manufacturer availability. Parts in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery terms follow INCOTERMS 2020 as stated in the quotation.

Warranty and claims

New original parts and tooling carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12 months. For used machines the warranty scope is always stated in the individual quotation.

Submit claims by email to info@olkom.cz with the invoice number, a description of the defect and photos.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect installation or by using a part on a machine type other than the one it was supplied for.

Disputes

Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement; otherwise the court at the supplier's registered seat has jurisdiction.
